We are blessed to have a vibrant community and a welcoming space downstairs in our Fellowship Hall where we share coffee, snacks, and fellowship after church on most Sundays. This gathering is an integral part of our church life, but it wouldn't be possible without the generous help of volunteers like you!

 Why Volunteer? Volunteering in Fellowship Hall is an opportunity to:

• Serve and bond with our church family.

• Contribute to our welcoming atmosphere.

• Learn the ropes of hospitality service with the guidance of Cate .

 What Does Volunteering Involve?

• Making coffee and setting up cups and saucers.

• Setting out the snacks

• Maintaining a tidy space.

• Training with Cate, who will show you all you need to know!

• Once trained, you’ll be able to do it all yourself

 Please Note:

• Volunteers will need to depart during the worship service and will miss a portion of the service.

• This is an opportunity to donate your time and talent to your church

We're creating a schedule and need your commitment. Whether you're a group or committee, a family, or an individual, your help is invaluable. Please consider signing up for a Sunday that suits you.

To volunteer, please fill out the sign-up sheet below or reach out to us in person after the service. Let's make every Sunday in Fellowship Hall a warm and welcoming experience for all!

Volunteering can occur at different stages:

• Set-up on the Saturday before (optional)

• Set-up on Sunday, before service and after the sermon

• Serve and clean-up after

You may choose to help with any of the following:

• Setting up tables and chairs

• Prepping coffee and kettles

• Prepping mugs and glasses trays

• Cutting up and serving pies, cake or cookies

• Washing up & dishwasher (simple to use)
