On Christmas Eve there will be two services at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Markham. The second is the traditional festive Nine Lessons and Carols celebration with Communion. Nine scripture readings will be given by members of the congregation and then the congregation and choir will take turns singing Christmas Carols. This evening also includes Communion by intinction. Those who belong to Christ come gladly to His table to make a memorial of His life and death, to celebrate His presence, and together, as His church, offer Him thanks.
